  • Discuss lessons learned during COVID-19 pandemic related to educational institutions, community health & emergency management
  • Describe the internal interdisciplinary teamwork and external collaborations necessary to provide community resources & services in a pandemic
  • Detail how facing and recovering from a pandemic has changed communication and institutional workflow processes

EDUCATIONAL HOURS:

The Georgia Board of Nursing deems Southwest Georgia Area Health Education Center (SOWEGA-AHEC) as an approved provider for nursing continuing education (CE). Each CE activity awards 1.0 hour towards the continuing education competency requirement for Georgia nurse licensure renewal. No partial credit offered. Activity #2021-05; #2021-06; #2021-07 Submission of evaluation/post-test (75% or better) required for CE certificates.
